Hypnosis is an amazingly effective way of changing your emotional state. Whether it be a fear, phobia, wanting to ease emotional or physical pain or wanting to lose weight or give up smoking, Hypnosis has a range of techniques to facilitate the change you are looking for.

One of the misconceptions about Hypnosis is that you are controlled by the hypnotist, which is absolutely not true.  You will not do anything your own values would not allow you to do.
